Who we are

hubAMS is association management software provided by CommercePro Limited, part of the Engaging Partners family. We are the data controller for information collected through hubams.com.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you book a demo or contact us, and standard analytics about how the site is used.

  • Contact details you submit (name, organisation, email)
  • Approximate membership size and enquiry context
  • Usage and device data via privacy-respecting analytics
How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations and improve our website. We do not sell personal data. Where hubAMS processes member data on behalf of an association, that association is the controller and we act as processor under a data processing agreement.

HubSpot and sub-processors

hubAMS is built on HubSpot, and we use HubSpot and other vetted sub-processors to deliver the service. A current list is available on request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
