hubAMS is built natively on HubSpot, so your association inherits enterprise-grade security at the platform level. This placeholder summary outlines our approach for design review.

Built on a secure platform

Because hubAMS runs inside HubSpot, member data benefits from HubSpot’s infrastructure security, encryption and compliance programme - there is no separate, less-secure system holding a copy of your data.

Data protection

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers such as Stripe; hubAMS never stores raw card details.

Access and authentication

Member portals use secure authentication, and staff access is governed by role-based permissions inside HubSpot, with audit trails on sensitive actions.
